Drumming and Spirituality with Summer Mason – June 7th, 2015

This drumming session welcomes all who are interested in the relationship between drumming and spirituality. We will focus on our kinship in spirit and communicating through spirit with our drums. In our realization that we are truly spiritual beings, we find inspiration and expressions in the physical world found in agape love, beauty and goodness through art, song, the cultivation of beauty, and through rhythmic expressions using our drums.
We will practice conscious breathing, toning, and journey within as we collectively align with our Higher Consciousness, and we allow the healing energies express itself through joyous rhythm.
You are encouraged to bring your drum (or other percussive instrument) and an open mind and heart. There will be some percussion instruments provided.
There is a love donation of $10 (more if you can, less if unable). Summer Mason will facilitate this joy-filled 1 1/2 hour activity, starting at 1:30pm – 3pm on Sunday, June7th at the First United Metaphysical Chapel in Bahama, NC
